Attorney Mike offers broad experience across a range of legal matters. His practice includes Ridgefield real estate closings, petitions in the Northern Fairfield County Probate Court, guiding clients on starting businesses, estate or tax-related planning, and resolving issues with government agencies.

Attorney Mike’s management framework was shaped in part by his work at Lawyers Without Borders, where he coordinated with stakeholders across multiple time zones, kept projects on schedule and within budget, and navigated challenges with practical problem-solving. That problem-solving approach was tested when conference materials were lost in flight, requiring quick last-minute search for the only print shop in Nairobi open on a Sunday.

 Attorney Mike earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Connecticut. During law school, he made the most of the experiences by participating in a two-semester Asylum Clinic and spending a semester in Washington, D.C., where he interned with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Immigration Litigation.

Born in Danbury, raised in Ridgefield, and now raising his son in Bethel, Attorney Mike has deep roots in Northern Fairfield County. At first glance, you might think he never left—but along the way, he also fit in 5 trips to Kenya, 6 trips to Tanzania, and 15 trips to Ecuador, among other destinations. In 2019, he married his wife, Judith, who is from Ecuador.
